Cancellation Policies
at Moms Place Negril outline the policies and guidelines for staying at our hotel.
They ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests while clearly defining rights and responsibilities.
General Cancellation Policy:
1- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Reservation Modifications:
2- Reservation date changes can be made without additional charges if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations Due to Force Majeure:
3- In case of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies), the hotel will offer the option to reschedule the stay without additional charges, subject to availability, or a credit for future bookings.
Cancellation Procedure:
4- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official email address.
5- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days to the original payment method.
Group Policy:
6- For bookings of 5 or more rooms, cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance to receive a full refund.
7- Cancellations outside this timeframe will be subject to a 30% charge of the total group reservation.
No-Show Policy:
8- In the event of a no-show on the arrival date without prior notice, the full amount of the stay will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled.
